The purpose of these policies is to confirm Source Education and Training ’s commitment to meeting the quality standards expected by our customers in the delivery of the services that we supply to them.
Our quality system is based on the requirements of the 2001 Australian Quality Training Framework Standards for Registered Training Organisations, The Queensland Training and Employment Act 2000, the Queensland Training and Employment Regulation 2000. The Australian Recognition Framework, Best Practice Requirements for recognised training in Queensland and any other relevant Commonwealth, or State Legislation or regulatory requirements for the operation of a Registered Training Organisation.
Our quality objectives are to:
- Provide quality training and assessment services
- Use the Quality Management System as a tool in achieving best practice outcomes across the organisation
- Ensure continuous improvement
- To comply with the relevant Federal and State Legislative and Regulatory requirements for the operation of a Registered Training Organisation
