Course Outcomes
Employment may be sought in the following areas:
- Group leader in Centre Based Care
- Coordinator in OSHC or Family Day Care
- Credit towards the Advanced Diploma
All students will be required to undertake practical field work.
Students must complete 18 Units of Competency plus 12 entry requirement Units (includes First aid).
Delivery Modes:
- Full-time or part-time.
- External/flexible delivery, for urban, regional and remote students via self paced training packages, telephone, facsimile or Internet.
- Individual units of competency offered in workshops or short courses to schemes.
Fees:
- Payments can be made in advance or as you oder individual units of competency.
- Fees paid prior to the commencement of the course receive 10% discount.
- Certificates are not issued until course is fully paid for.

Recognition of Prior Learning:
- Learners may apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
- Competencies will be assessed on prior informal or formal learning.
- Upon acceptable and approved substantiation of the claim competency will be awarded.
